Medium Term Accommodation + Daily Tasks & Shared Living
If you’re planning to move into your new home, but it isn’t quite ready, you can apply for medium-term accommodation for up to 90 days. You can also receive support for daily tasks like cooking, cleaning and personal hygiene within a shared accommodation environment. Our support workers will be there to assist with menu planning, shopping for food and meal preparation.

Along with respite, STA supports living out of your usual home for a brief period. Suppose you need to travel for a specialist appointment. In that case, you can apply ahead of time for accommodation to make the trip easier.

Supported Independent Living + Daily Tasks & Shared Living
This type of support enables you to live in your own home and be as independent as possible while still receiving a high level of care which may be overnight and 24/7. Living with other NDIS participants means you can access supported independent living easily and obtain help with daily tasks, like personal care or cooking meals.
SDA
Specialist Disability Accommodation + Daily Tasks & Shared Living
This accommodation type is designed with accessible features to allow people with extreme functional impairment or high support needs to live independently with assistance from qualified support workers.
