Community Nursing Care (0114)
Supporting you to stay at home when you need some extra nursing means a better quality of life and less visits to hospital. The following needs can be provided by our specialist nursing staff at home:
- Catheter & Continence care โ managing your catheter and appliances, catheter replacement, infection control etc.
- Diabetes management and support โ management plan, insulin and tablets administration
- Stoma care โ education, care and bag changing
- Wound care โ including abscesses, skin integrity and buttons โ wound dressing and treatment
- Respiratory care and oxygen therapy โ managing changes in respiratory conditions to prevent deterioration

Medium Term Accommodation (MTA)
If youโre planning to move into your new home, but it isnโt quite ready, you can apply for medium-term accommodation for up to 90 days. We can:

Household Tasks (0120)
Assistance with daily living tasks such as meal preparation and cleaning, helps you to maintain your independence and be comfortable in your accommodation. Our highly trained support workers are able to assist with:
- House cleaning tasks (including toilet and bathroom) โ tidying, dusting, mopping, vacuuming, changing bed linen
- Kitchen cleaning tasks โ washing and putting away dishes, cleaning the benches, taking out bins
- Laundry โ washing, drying, folding
