About Us - In 2017, directors Ruthy, Emma, alongside two other founding partners, recognised a need for a different type of NDIS service provider. One that didn’t just connect people to services, but became part of each person’s family. From this, Friendly & Graceful Care Services (FGCS), was born.
FGCS is a registered NDIS provider that goes beyond care. We are honoured to play a part in the quality of our clients’ lives, and create solutions that are tailored to each individual’s requirements, interests and the things they want for their life.
With a focus on excellence, transparency and choice, we connect our clients with the service providers and support workers best suited to their individual needs to ensure quality outcomes.
At the centre of it all, is you.
Without you, we couldn't have grown to a team of over 70 people since 2017. Without listening to and understanding your experiences, we wouldn't have learnt what we have about how to create a compassionate, inclusive service for our community. And without you, we wouldn’t be so clear on our vision and purpose.

Our People
We build a unique team of people around each client, selected specifically for their suitability for the client. This results in reliable and familiar support workers who are much more like family members than staff.

Our Diversity
At Friendly and Graceful Care Services (FGCS), we speak over 20 different languages between our leadership and carers, which means that we can provide care to clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds, not to mention understanding and sensitivity.
