Friendly and Graceful Care Services (FGCS) takes the safety and wellbeing of our staff, business partners and participants extremely seriously and therefore wish to reassure you that the health of our participants as well as our team members, administration and the greater community is our number one priority.
The World Health Organisation (WHO) has declared Coronavirus (COVID-19 a global health emergency. Following directives and guidance from WHO; the South Australian Government; Department of Health and NDIS, FGCS has implemented the following proactive and preventative measures:
- The team at FGCS will be working from home wherever possible without hindering day-to-day business activities.
- No handshaking and taking social distancing rules seriously
- Regular handwashing and hand hygiene practices
- Timely updates to our team of any developments that may affect them or their family
We do ask that if you or someone in your household have been overseas in the past two weeks, or are suffering from flu-like symptoms, that you advise our team as a matter of priority. In the interest of the safety and wellbeing of our staff, we may choose to delay the visit or engage heightened precautions in this case.
We are implementing these measures not only to keep you, our team and our community safe but also to help prevent larger spread to anyone in contact.
